- Bought a White Bowler Hat from Amazon and then added some large felt dots. The Amazon purchase was actually for 2 hats, 1 white and 1 black. But they were a good price for the set and I could use the Black hat for another costume later. The dots where made from the neck tie that came with the vest/tie/bowtie combo also bought through Amazon. We cut them up and hot glued it around some cardboard circles and then to the hats. My friend did the yellow toadstool so some of the crafted images have yellow fabric, but it was the same way we built my hat.
